Chris AshtonMinor Hotels Group has announced three new additions to its growing stable of hotels and resorts, and the good news is at least one is close to home.
AVANI Broadbeach Residences, scheduled to open in 2017, will be built in the heart of the Gold Coast in preparation for the XXI Commonwealth Games in 2018.
The $150 million luxury development will feature 219 rooms, a tropical landscaped podium terrace, resident’s lounge, meeting space, and al fresco bar and restaurant.
Located directly opposite Jupiters Casino and the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, with easy access to the new light rail transport system, AVANI Broadbeach Residences will be within easy reach of all of the Commonwealth Games venues.
